JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants should either have a PhD in Marketing, or be Ph.D. students in their last year, professionals with experience in the subject taught, or have at least a master’s degree in marketing. Applicants must also be an expert in Marketing Strategy, Operational Marketing, or Market Research.
They are expected to show evidence of teaching skills and/or strong professional experience. The number of teaching hours offered can be compatible with other professional activities.
Applicants should be fluent in English as all courses at IÉSEG are taught in this language. Prior knowledge of French is not required. Experience in teaching is a plus.
Adjunct professors are expected to:
- Teach and evaluate students. This is done under the supervision of a course coordinator or a program director.
- Help design and develop course materials related to assignments and exams.
- Give regular feedback to students following quizzes, presentation, or exam.
- Provide guidance and support to students to help them achieve their full potential.
- Evaluate student performance and provide regular feedback.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the course curriculum.
