Your Tasks
- You support the Head of the Campus and Study Center and their team
- You organise team meetings within the unit and across the whole institution
- You further develop organisational processes in the context of teaching and studying
- You are involved in agile software development and manage requirements as product owner
- You participate in USTP-wide projects
- You discuss and coordinate matters of study law with the Legal Affairs unit
Your offer to us
- Completed study programme at bachelor level, preferably in the fields of economy, law, or STEM
- Several years of professional experience in an office setting
- Affinity for IT – very good computer application knowledge in MS Office
- Very good German (C1) and English (at least B2) language skills
- Process and project management skills are an advantage
- Target- and result-oriented work style, cross-linked thinking
- Strong organisational competence, resilient, flexible, precise
- Team player
- Communicative personality, good coordinating skills
