Your work assignments

The doctoral project to which the position is linked concerns how established industrial firms can work with transformative and sustainable business models that aim to speed up comprehensive system changes to reach net-zero emissions of greenhouse gases. It is conducted in close collaboration between Linköping University and Siemens Energy AB. The project focuses on the tensions and synergies that can arise between the existing business operations and the new working methods and strategies that transitions towards net-zero emissions of greenhouse gases require. By studying the commercialization of a new system solution to balance electricity systems with a high degree of intermittent and renewable energy, the project focuses on how sustainable business models can be developed in cooperation between actors. Based on a specialized supplier operating on a global market, the project aims to contribute to long-term industrial competitiveness and reduced global emissions of greenhouse gases.
