Description
The Department of Economics at Tulane University invites applications for a full-time, one-year position at the rank of Visiting Assistant Professor to begin Fall 2024 (with the possibility of renewal up to three years). A Visiting Assistant Professor will teach three undergraduate courses per semester at the undergraduate level. Preference will be given to applicants with an advanced degree and demonstrated teaching skills, especially in the main courses they will need to teach: introductory microeconomics and macroeconomics (the successful candidate will likely be asked to teach both). The position will also involve teaching one course in financial literacy, budgeting, or data analytics. All applications must be submitted through Interfolio at https://apply.interfolio.com/139761. Qualifications
